*[[Isa 40:22]]* It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and...that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

The biblical concept of stretching out the heavens is presented in the scientific literature as infinity. Infinity is divided into two concepts.  

There are in fact two separate assumptions: “infinitely big” and “infinitely small.” By infinitely big, I mean that space can have infinite volume, that time can continue forever, and that there can be infinitely many physical objects. 

By infinitely small, I mean the continuum — the idea that even a liter of space contains an infinite number of points, that space can be stretched out indefinitely without anything bad happening, and that there are quantities in nature that can vary continuously.

[[Isa 42:5]]* Thus saith God the LORD, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein:

*[[Isa 45:12]]* I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded.

The Hebraic understanding of heaven as an infinitely large space correlates with the ideas of infinitely big and small. The heavens as understood by many people is nothing but a locus, while physics states that within the "stretched heavens" there are loci that are innumerable. And these loci eventually is the heaven as conceived in the mind of a Christian.

When God spoke and it happened we see there that what was spoken was limited to the teraphema, yet Isaiah tells that apart from the terrain the heavens  are in a state of "inflation" which "creates an infinite volume by stretching continuous space indefinitely" 

Hence the bible states that in Isa 45:12 KJV that God... stretched out the heavens, and all their host...

This created eternity as is in the mind of a believer. Physicists call this the infinity small, a continuum of time. While the infinitely big is the 'material(genesis 1:3)' being spread out by the hand of God.

A knowledge of Physics and an appreciation of Theology makes the idea of eternity a logical possibility.

Heaven is as real as anything you can touch and see. Prepare for eternity.
